Sign in to the control panel
Sheernox web hosting is managed in the Enhance control panel. Your websites, domains, email accounts, databases, backups and SSL certificates are all here.
Sign in
Section titled “Sign in”-
Go to ecp.sheernox.com.

Enter your email address marker 1 and password marker 2.

Select Log in marker 3.
Forgot your password?
Section titled “Forgot your password?”Select Forgot your password? marker 4 on the sign-in page, enter your email address and select Recover password. A link to set a new password is emailed to you.
Find your way around
Section titled “Find your way around”After you sign in you land on Home, which shows your websites, recent visitor numbers, how much of your plan you are using and a log of recent changes.
The menu on the left takes you to each area of the panel:

Select Add website marker 2 to create a new site; see Add a website. The account menu marker 3 at the top right has My account and Logout.
Manage a website
Section titled “Manage a website”Open Websites and select a site to manage it.
The navigation bar marker 1 along the top of every website page has:

| Domains | The domains, subdomains and aliases the website answers on, and their DNS records |
| Analytics | Bandwidth and visitor numbers |
| Backups | Restore the website from a backup, or take one now |
| Security | SSL certificates and the ModSecurity firewall |
| Advanced marker 2 | Redirects, Optimization, FTP, Developer tools (PHP, SSH, cron jobs, Redis) and Node.js |
Quick links marker 4 on the overview open phpMyAdmin and webmail, clone the website, restart it, and download or upload a backup. The menu button marker 3 beside the website’s name has Delete.
If the website’s domain does not point to Sheernox yet, the overview shows the nameservers to set at your domain provider marker 5. See Point your domain to Sheernox.
Keep your account secure
Section titled “Keep your account secure”Open the account menu at the top right and select My account to change your name, email address and language, reset your password and turn on two-factor authentication.

Open the account menu at the top right and select My account.

Under Password, select Enable two-factor authentication.

Scan the QR code with an authenticator app on your phone, then enter the 6-digit code the app shows.
From then on, signing in asks for a code from the app as well as your password.
The Devices section of My account lists the browsers signed in to your account in the last 30 days. If you see one you do not recognise, select Log out of all devices and reset your password.
