  • Senders name: the name people see on mail you send.

The section list marker 1 also leads to forwarders, catch-all and out-of-office replies and spam settings.

Convert to forwarder-only marker 5 at the top of the mailbox’s page turns it into a forwarder-only address. Enter the Destination address and select Save.

From the address’s menu in Emails:

  • Disable keeps accepting incoming mail and leaves forwarders working, but nobody can sign in to the mailbox from webmail or a mail app until you enable it again.
  • Permanently delete removes the address and all its stored mail. It cannot be undone.
