Google Workspace through Sheernox
Sheernox sells Google Workspace as a managed service. You get Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs and Chat on your own domain, and the Sheernox team sets it up, looks after your users and is your first call when something goes wrong.

Choose Google Workspace if your team depends on shared calendars, video meetings and cloud documents. If you only need email on your domain, Sheernox Email is ordered online and stored in Canada; see Mailboxes and storage on email plans.
What the team does for you
Section titled “What the team does for you”- Setup: creates your Google Workspace account, verifies your domain, and publishes the MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records Google needs.
- Users and licences: adds or removes people, changes editions and resets passwords in Google for you when you ask.
- Support: you call or open a ticket with Sheernox first. The team troubleshoots with you and handles any escalation to Google.
- One invoice: Workspace licences appear on your Sheernox invoice next to your domains and hosting.
The email hosting page lists what each edition (Business Starter, Business Standard and Business Plus) includes.
Request Google Workspace
Section titled “Request Google Workspace”- Decide which edition fits and how many people need an account.
- Select Contact Us in the Google Workspace section of the email hosting page, or open a ticket. Include your domain, the edition and the number of users.
- The team sends you a per-user quote. Once you accept, they set up the account and tell you how your people sign in.
If you already have Sheernox Email on the same domain, say so in the ticket, so the team can plan when your mail moves to Google.
Billing
Section titled “Billing”Google Workspace is quoted per user and billed monthly. Promotions and the first-term discount for Sheernox plans do not apply to it. The terms for resold services such as Google Workspace are in the Terms of Service, and Google provides Workspace under its own terms.
