Set up email on iPhone, iPad and Android
Your phone needs the same connection details as a desktop app:

iPhone and iPad
Section titled “iPhone and iPad”-
Open Settings > Apps > Mail > Mail Accounts > Add Account. On older iOS versions, open Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account.

Choose Other, then Add Mail Account.

Enter your name, email address, password and a description, then select Next.

Choose IMAP.

Under Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server, enter the mail server name, your full email address as the user name, and your password.

Select Next, then Save.
If iOS cannot verify the account, open the account again, go to Advanced, and check that Use SSL is on and the server port is 993.
Android (Gmail app)
Section titled “Android (Gmail app)”-
Open the Gmail app. Tap your profile picture, then Add another account.

Choose Other, enter your email address and tap Manual setup.

Choose Personal (IMAP) and enter your mailbox password.

For the incoming server, enter the mail server name, port
993and security type SSL/TLS. -
For the outgoing server, enter the same server name, port
465with SSL/TLS (or587with STARTTLS), and keep Require sign-in on. -
Finish the remaining options and tap Next.
Other Android mail apps ask for the same values in a similar order.
Still not working?
Section titled “Still not working?”Sign in to webmail with the same address and password. If that works, the problem is in the phone’s settings: check the server name, ports and security type against the table above. If webmail also fails, reset the mailbox password in the control panel.
