Bandwidth and visitors

Open Websites, select the website and select Analytics in its navigation bar.

• Bandwidth shows how much data the website has sent to visitors. It counts towards your plan’s bandwidth allowance, shown under Packages.
• Visitors shows Total hits, every request to the website, and Unique hits, the number of different visitors.

Choose Today, Last week or Last month at the top right to change the period. The website’s overview and the control panel’s Home page show a smaller visitors chart too.

Note

These numbers come from the web server, so they include search engines and other bots. They will be higher than the figures in a tool such as Google Analytics, which counts only people whose browser runs its script.

Activity log

Logs in the left menu lists changes made in your account and who made them: websites and domains added or removed, sign-ins, backups taken or failed, imports and errors.

• Use All types to show only one kind of item, such as Website, Domain or Login.
• Use All operations to show only one kind of event, such as Added, Removed, Backed Up or Failed To Backup.
• Select {...} on an entry to see its full details.

The Home page shows the latest entries under Activity log. Check the log if something changed and you do not know why, or after giving someone else access to your account.
