Create hosting packages

A package is a hosting plan you sell. Every customer is subscribed to one or more of your packages, and can only use what their packages include.

The Packages list in Settings with a package named Starter and your own package, each showing its websites, disk space, data transfer, mailboxes and databases. Marker 1 is beside the Add package button.
  1. Open Settings, then Packages, and select Add package marker 1.

  2. Enter a Package name your customers will recognize, such as “Starter”.

  3. Work through each section and set the limits and features. Use 0 to switch something off.

  4. Select Add package at the bottom of the page.

Website resources Websites, staging websites, disk space, page views, bandwidth, databases and FTP accounts
Applications Whether customers can install WordPress and other apps, plugins and a theme to pre-install, and which WordPress tools they can use
Emails Mailboxes, whether customers choose each mailbox’s size (Dynamic) or all mailboxes get the same size (Fixed), and forwarders
Domains Addon domains, subdomains and aliases, and whether customers can edit DNS
Backups Whether customers can see backups, make their own and restore them
Features Custom SSL, SSH, cloning, the php.ini editor, which PHP versions they can use and the default, and Redis
